This three-day cultural heritage village trek offers spectacular vistas of the Annapurna Range, including a mirror image of Himchuli (6,441 m), fishtail (6,993 m) tall Gangapurna (7,455 m), Singu Chuli (6,501 m), and many others.

The Ghandruk village trek is the best option for those who are searching for a relatively short trek and less altitude hike with equally magnificent Annapurna Himalayan View, and who avoid long length and harder treks like the Annapurna Base Camp Trek.

The trekking journey to Ghandruk village starts from Nayapul which is reached after around 2 hours of scenic drive from Pokhara. Then the walking route runs through woods of greenery and crimson Rhododendrons in season. You will also walk through beautiful small settlements, and terraced fields and encounter many friendly locals. Your walk will be accompanied by the fantastic views of the Annapurna Mountain Ranges. After ascending and enjoying the walk by the mountainside for around 5 hours, you reach your ultimate destination Ghandruk Village.

The maximum altitude you will gain during this trek is 2010 meters above sea level. So there is no risk of altitude sickness. It is easily achievable by kids, the elderly, family, solitary, and any kind of group.

If you want to add some nearby places to your Ghandruk Trek then you can spend extra two days in the region and go for Ghorepani Poonhill Trek to take more personal views of the mountains.
