Chunking helps to keep the work fresh in your mind so you don’t feel like you’re slaving away on one thing for hours on end. -Schedule work/life balance. That means taking care of family obligations when they arise and not checking email every second during family time.

It’s no surprise that telecommuting is becoming more and best choice for professionals in many industries. In fact, according to one study by Gallup, 3 out of 4 people want the option to work remotely at least part-time. With so many benefits there is little doubt why this method of working continues to grow in popularity.
